Avanti is not your average psychologist. She is a Deepak Chopra Meditation teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner who has had a journey dealing with her own health challenges. Her IVF experience was a catalyst for huge transformation and it was after this that she opened up her counselling business in Sydney where she uses not only talking therapy but also breath work , body work, meditation to open up clients so that they connect deeply to themselves, others and to the Spirit. The principles of her practice are based on awareness, connection, transformation, re- creation. We talk in depth about her experience through IVF and how it made her grow and create what she has today.  Avanti reminds us that we are birthing things on a daily basis.
