Holly Thorpe: Waikato University sport sociologist on what's inspiring more Kiwis to hit the gym
from Heather du Plessis-Allan Drive · host Newstalk ZB

Waikato University sport sociologist, Holly Thorpe, says Instagram probably drives some of it, but people also value physical activity. "That's the health benefits, mental health, just feeling good about ourselves - and obviously, those aesthetic benefits." LISTEN ABOVESee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
