Holly’s Quick First Birth in her Green House

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Holly. Holly is a mama of one from from Wales. She is a small business owner who loves organic gardening and hiking in the Welsh mountains.  In today’s episode Holly shares about her extensive preparation for a natural and positive birth experience. While preparing for a long first birth as a first time mama of 37, she ended up having a fast unassisted birth in her poly tunnel, or green house if you like me don’t know what a poly tunnel is!
