Hollywood Blacklist ASMR
from No Frills ASMR Hosted by Linda
This audio is from my YouTube video at No Frills ASMR. In this soft-spoken, unintentional ASMR video, I talk about the early days of the Hollywood Blacklist—before Senator McCarthy became a household name. This was the 1940s, during the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) hearings that targeted screenwriters, directors, and actors accused of having communist ties. It’s a quiet, educational ramble about fear, free speech, and how it all started—told in a calm, conversational tone. No whispering, just soft talking. Great to fall asleep to or listen to while you relax. Thanks for being here 🤍
