Role Overview You'll be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). This is a hands-on creative role where you'll develop content calendars, craft engaging posts, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven growth strategies. Create and schedule 15-20 posts per week across multiple platforms Design visual content using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community growth Track KPIs including follower growth, engagement rate, and click-through rates Stay current on algorithm changes, trending formats, and platform updates What Makes You a Great Fit We want someone who genuinely understands what makes content perform. You should have an intuitive sense for trending topics, a knack for writing scroll-stopping captions, and the analytical mindset to optimize based on real data.
