Home Start Butser celebrate their volunteers with lunch

The first week of June was national volunteers week and local family support organisation Home Start Butser, ran a lunch on Thursday 4 June as a thank you Their 86 volunteers supported 333 families in the area and 459 children, in the last year . Mike Waddington reports from the event, speaking to volunteers (who tell us what they've enjoyed), Home Start's Chair, Linda Bazant, and Manager Nicola Winter. They are always looking for more volunteers - especially men - and some Trustees too.  The next training course for volunteers starts in September.
