Homeless Encampments in Milwaukee with Jim Mathy & Eric Collins-Dyke

The homeless population is growing across the state of Wisconsin. Now closures of several park and rides along I-43 and I-94 are impacting not only commuters but also the homeless communities that have set up camp.
