Homelessness Budget, Train Service Resumes, Road Repairs

Millions of dollars for homeless programs and shelters have been approved in Mayor Todd Gloria's budget. Train service resumes this morning, after a teen was killed in Sorrento Valley. Crews will be in a trio of San Diego neighborhoods to complete a number of road repairs this weekend.
