William Colgate was born in Hollingbourne, Kent, England, on January 25, 1783 William Colgate in 1806 founded what became the Colgate-Palmolive company.
William Colgate died on March 25 1857, in New York, United States, at the age of 74, buried in Green Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn, New York, United States.
We tried to find the burial site of Dr Peabody with no luck, so let us improvise two in one, by paying tribute to Sir William Colgate in honor of both of them.
