In this week’s episode we talk to Caroline Gaskin, a homeopath, flower essence prescriber and a menopause specialist. We learn the difference between homeopathy and herbal remedies and how homeopathy can help in menopause either as a natural solution or alongside prescribed HRT.In the Book Collective we begin the wonderful Kate Codrington’s book Second Spring, there’s a new Funky salad from Jinty for the Foodie Collective.Jinty gives us some tips on how to stay cool and we wonder how a family freezer will be big enough for a double duvet? Caroline Gaskin is an accomplished homeopath, flower essence prescriber and a health coach specialising in menopause with over 20 years’ experience, she also tutors and lectures extensively. We had the most fantastic chat to Caroline she explained how homeopathy can benefit you in menopause and gave us some simple life hacks that will help with menopause symptoms. We learn that you can go through the menopause naturally with the help of homeopathy and flower essence but this can also be used alongside prescribed medication from your GP. We speak about the joy of now being able to talk freely about menopause and the information that we can use to help us live a healthy life.
