Homer & Jethro "THE FOUR BEATLES" (The Boll Weevil)

Along with Allan Sherman ("Pop Hates The Beatles") "song butchers" Homer & Jethro took aim at the Fab Four. They offered parody versions of "I Want To Hold Your Hand" and "She Loves You," and here on TV, turned the classic "Boll Weevil" folk song into "The Four Beatles." The Boll Weevil bug was "lookin' for a home" in the original, and here the duo are bugged and "gonna send 'em home." All in fun, of course.
