Homeschool IS an Option

from Reasons to REASON · host Reasons to REASON

Today join us for a conversation with three mothers that have all taken the leap into Homeschooling. We will discuss common concerns, hurdles, and anxieties surrounding this important decision, as well as all the benefits that you may have never considered. Our Guests: Jen Burns - Founder of Classical Consortium Academy  CCA is a classical, Christian hybrid school that combines the expertise and accountability of a rigorous classical school and the flexibility and nurturing of homeschooling making CCA the best of school and home.   It will involve in class instruction 2 days a week and the rest of the week at home.   CCA is opening up a new campus in Glenview, IL in 2025 and is open for new students K -  Rachel Holler - A dear friend that was homeschooled herself, and has homeschooled all of her four children.  She will share her insights into the Classical Model of Education as well as her experiences directing a homeschool group. Liz Galati - My wife, and is a testimony of someone who never would have considered homeschooling as an option, but has come to embrace it as a blessing for herself and our children. Although we know Homeschool is not an option for all because of work schedules, if you logistically can consider this opportunity, give this show a listen and I trust you will realize there are many misconceptions around this education format. CCA combines the best of both home education as well as corporate learning. Please share the show with anyone you think will benefit from this engaging conversation. Peace and Love as always.
