Homeschooling Still Under Attack

from The Tom Roten Show · host Uncommon Media Group

The West Virginia House Health Committee Chairman joined me on the radio today for a legislative update. Delegate Evan Worrell is a homeschooling dad so of course we talk about Homeschool Day at the Capitol and Prolife Day at the Capitol. Worrell also discussed how he partnered with Katana Curry to introduce legislation making changes to the Foster Care Bill of Rights. House Bill 4749 aims to ensure that a child who is 13 or older is informed by their guardian ad litem or legal counsel of any hearing relevant to their case and is asked whether they would like to attend. The bill passed the House of Delegates 96-0 and now heads to the Senate.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-tom-roten-show--5987430/support.
