We talk about loving our pizza, or our cars, or new articles of clothing, or a haircut, or ... You get the idea. But this is such a bad way to use the word. Real love is a sacrificial love, an action reserved when discussing people and God. At its best, we love God so much this love spills over into loving others. There is nothing more powerful than the love God has for us. God ALWAYS loves us, even though he hates the sins we commit. It is never too late to be that lost sheep found by Jesus the Good Shepherd.
