Honesdale Borough Council Regular Meeting: April 11, 2022 Mayor Derek Williams asked for a moment of silence for pedestrians Ruth Ann Malti and Josephine Crossman who died within the last 10 years in Honesdale.  Call meeting to Order Council President James Hamill called the regularly scheduled Borough Council meeting to order at 6:00 PM on Monday, April 11, 2022. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. The meeting was conducted in the second-floor meeting room of Borough Hall, 958 Main Street, Honesdale, with a virtual participation option. A roll call of Councilors indicated the following were present at Borough Hall: President James Hamill, Vice-President Jason Newbon, David Nilsen, James Jennings, Jared Newbon, and William McAllister. In addition, the following Borough officials were in attendance: Mayor Derek Williams, Solicitor Richard Henry, and Borough Treasurer Danielle Simoneaux. DPW Director Dan Brown participated virtually.
