Honesdale Borough Council Meeting - 4/25/22

Honesdale Borough Council Regular Meeting: April 25, 2022 Mayor Derek Williams introduced Deacon Matthew Lorent who offered a prayer for the gathering on the decision making, open listening and community cooperation. Call meeting to Order Council President James Hamill called the regularly scheduled Borough Council meeting to order at 6:01 PM on Monday, April 25, 2022. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. The in-person meeting was conducted in the second-floor meeting room of Borough Hall, 958 Main Street, Honesdale, with a virtual participation option. A roll call of Councilors indicated the following were present at Borough Hall: President James Hamill, Vice-President Jason Newbon, David Nilsen, James Jennings, Jared Newbon, and Michael Augello. Councilor William McAllister attended virtually. In addition, the following Borough officials were in attendance: Mayor Derek Williams, Solicitor Richard Henry, and Borough Secretary Judith Poltanis.
