Honest & OpenAI

In this shockingly honest episode, Freddo and Benji talk about the intricacies of new romance and Freddo's recent experience of being asked to go on another podcast to talk about sexual intimacy after a spinal cord injury, which inspires some unexpected revelations, including the importance of open and honest communication about things that were previously too embarrassing to share. Benji recounts some of his recent highlights which include some once in a lifetime opportunities like a random encounter with dolphins while surfing in his favourite spot. Freddo opens up about starting talk therapy, while Benji reveals his decision to part ways with his therapist, having gained invaluable insights about people-pleasing and the importance of setting healthy boundaries. We also engage in playful banter about the role of AI tools, such as chat GPT, providing affordable therapy, highlighting the pros and cons, with humorous takes on a potential dystopian future, where AI becomes the primary source of all therapeutic guidance.
