Today I am sharing a short embodied wisdom talk given to a group of women on the topic of Honesty, Self-Care, and the Inner Child. In this clip, I discuss the absolute importance of not abandoning the more vulnerable parts of self, no matter what. And how, when we commit ourselves to radical self-care, we can have any discussion with another person, whether friend, partner, relative, client - anyone.
