Honoring Memorial Day and much more like Emotions, grief...

Today's show is going to be about Memorial Day as we're coming up on that next weekend. I want everyone to know that as we go through this Memorial Day, many of us may have joyful times with life as we celebrate and then may get sad moments with grief as we honor who our family members have been. I want everybody to know that we're walking through our day to day that grief is part of our dance yet when we really think about who we've lost, who has served for us, who has negotiated life around us. And as we really think about life which I will talk about as I want you to be lighter through your thoughts of those we honor.
