Honoring Your Cycle │ Changing Leaves

from Witchy Woman Walking · host Cate

How do we honor our natural cycles when our culture constantly demands linear productivity? Is there a way to rest and restore amidst the busyness of modern-day life? How can ritual and practice keep us connected to our spiritual center?  This episode will explore how to find moments of connection and grounding and why it's critical to our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This conversation will happen under a rapidly changing canopy of fall foliage. Even unseasonably warm temperatures and a near slip in the gravel do not take away from this magical ramble through the woods.
