Honouring the Past, Embracing the Present with Yvadney Davis

In this pre-Christmas episode, Mona chats with Yvadney Davis - a self-taught visual artist and stylist who focuses her art practice around cultural heritage and the link between the past and the future. Yvadney's work is a tribute to the Windrush Generation as she explores the black British Caribbean identity. It is characterized by bright colours and bold brush strokes combined with mid-century wallpaper of her granparents‘ generation.
