Ep. 25… After some technical difficulties, Eric and Tovah are back, better than ever. Segment warmup: Tovah visits Costco (no surprise) again, and avoids a crisis but Eric finds himself in a blueberry crisis! World Peas-our segment where we talk about goings-on in pop culture Even covered by the Washington Post and CNN, the Karen Read trial wrapped up, and Tovah and Eric give listeners a little taste of their opinions… Tovah brings up the Jenners which then devolves into a discussion about Caitlyn and her place in American sports history. We chat a little about the terrible quality of broadcast television…900 channels of nothingness! Peas are Family-our segment where we regale the listening audience with a story from our family archives Special shout out to our camp cousins this week.   Eric retells the story of how he missed out on being a Jeopardy! Champion. We wrap this segment up with a feel-good story of the celebratory dinner when Elayne passed the CPA exam and I passed the bar exam, within a week of each other and how it really worked out for some strangers at the restaurant. Peas of Information-we ask Tovah a couple of questions unrelated to anything we’ve talked about in this episode and get her stream of consciousness answers.
