"Hooked on More; The addiction culture we're living in

We’re living in a time where it feels like everything’s got a hook in us. Whether it’s scrolling on social media for hours… or folks battling real substance abuse… the truth is—it all comes from the same place. Addiction is addiction. Somewhere along the way, we stopped calling it what it is… and started normalizing it. We’ve built a culture that feeds off constant stimulation—always needing more, never satisfied, always chasing the next hit… whether that’s a notification… or something a whole lot more dangerous. In this episode, we take a step back and ask the hard question—how did we get here? And maybe more importantly… how do we get out of it? Because if we’re being honest… this ain’t just about drugs. This ain’t just about social media. This is about a society that’s gotten real comfortable with being addicted to something.
