When it comes to NCAA Men's basketball, we all know the notable blue bloods. Duke, Kentucky, UNC and Kansas. You even have programs on the rise like Iowa with Luka Garza and Baylor with Jared Butler. The ACC, SEC, Pac-12, Big Ten and Big 12 have harbored some of the best teams in NCAA history over the years and they tend to be the teams that get all the national love.
