Hoop Talk Ep. 47: NBA Draft Analysis Series: Charlotte Hornets

With that, each team prepares for October as some of the best college and overseas prospects all await that fateful day in hopes of hearing their name called by Commissioner Adam Silver. In this edition of the Hoop Talk Podcast, the guys take a look at the Charlotte Hornets who among the top-3 teams in this year’s draft with a chance at either Anthony Edwards, Lamelo Ball or James Wiseman. The Hornets are a young team with a lot of young talent on their team but no real, true superstar caliber player but they may have the chance to change their fortunes with the 3rd overall pick. Charlotte also has the 32nd and 56th pick this year which gives them some room to upgrade their bench with some late round steals.
