Teri Moren was born in a small town, and she had herself a ball in a small town. A basketball to be specific, and the town was Seymour, where Johnny Cougar was on eternal rotation and Bobby Knight’s Hoosiers were required family viewing. Tragically, she lost her way and went to play for the school that shall not be mentioned, only to find the ultimate redemption… becoming head coach of IU Women’s Basketball and beating that damn school 5 out of the last 6 times. In doing so, Coach Moren has led her program to unprecedented heights, including 4-straight 20-win seasons, reaching as high as #12 in national rankings, multiple trips to March Madness and an unforgettable WNIT Championship in front of a packed & raucous Assembly Hall.
