All day I kept having to pick myself back up from the gloomy state of mind I kept finding myself in. And honestly, it was exhausting. However, I did give myself some credit because at least I was able to identify each time I was drifting off. Today was about hope and encouragement. Hope is critical to the human experience. Hope is what keeps us going...it keeps us focused on the good things ahead vs the darkness or turmoil we may be facing. Hope is what keeps us looking forward to a better day, a better future.
