We still see adulthood in these categories, though they're framed slightly differently.* We begin to reimagine a theology that emphasizes the importance of intimacy in all our relationships (with God and with our fellow humans).* The Fall introduced shame into our relationships. Shame is destructive and is not the same as guilt or conviction. * Erin explains how vulnerability is the currency of intimacy.* While marriage and family remain important, the church and other ministries need to focus on what true friendship is and how to develop friends.
