"Hope in Challenging times" - A Lenten retreat programme with Pat & Martina Lehane Sheehan - 14 February 2021 (SS102fm programme excerpt)(S11E13b)

On the excerpt from this weeks programme Martina Lehane-Sheehan and her husband Pat drop virtually back in to  studio to share with us about the their upcoming Lenten retreat weekly programme for Lent 2021 - "Hope in Challenging times".Commencing Feb  21 ,  for six weeks, they will gather each Sunday evening at 7pm  ( Live, via zoom). Through a  nourishing community atmosphere,  they will reflect on how to cultivate  the  kind of peace,   resilience, wellbeing and Joy, that can be accessed -  even in adverse circumstances . Each session will last approx. one hour and 20 mins and will include inputs, guided meditation, music, poetry,   reflective writing and a few ‘practices’ for the week ahead. This  will also include  a zoom gathering for each of the three days of the Easter Triduum Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday and we will end the journey with a short reflection time on Easter Sunday Morning.The sessions will be recorded.
