It could not be more timely in this strange age of loss, displacement, and unexpected troubles. As he begins his letter, before Peter addresses present suffering, he gives us a view of future glory. It has been there all along, but I was so enthralled with what I found that I had to text some people about it even as I was writing the sermon!
