Hope is not a strategy

Online worship for Sunday 29 November This Sunday, the first Sunday in Advent, Rev Dr Sally Douglas invites us to dive into Mark 13.24-37 and to explore idea of hope. Sally invites us beyond the idea of hope as wishful (or deluded) thinking and into a robust understanding of Christian hope that acknowledges the messiness of life and that leans into the loving presence of God amidst this mess. If you would like to become more involved in Richmond Uniting (eg. Midday prayers via Zoom, discussion groups etc) please email [email protected] to find out more, or visit us at richmond.unitingchurch.org.au
