It has pushed us to our limits in every aspect of our lives—spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally. It has been a year of bad news on top of bad news. However, the God we serve has been at work on our behalf, and in this Christmas season brings us the Good News that “unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given!” It’s the very best news we need to hear, for it represents the light we need that shines in the darkness of these difficult times.
