I was hopeless. I was suicidal. I was everything you wanted to call me and absolutely nothing that I was familiar with. Uncomfortable. Lost. Confused. I wasn't ready for the war in my head. sleepless nights. and after all of it- i survived.Ladies and Gentleman I have found a way to find true introspection and to heal. Peace. This podcast episode was recorded outside in the middle of Yosemite. Birds and river.
