Joyell received her B.A. in Black Studies from Washington College and her J.D. from New England Law | Boston. She utilizes her legal and public interest skills to address the intersections of race/ethnicity, equity, gender, incarceration, and sexual health. She is a DOPE human that has a fondness for Missy Elliot and recently had the pleasure of being a facilitator at @startingbloc where she enjoyed all the wonders of both the conference and New Orleans.
