Holding B.S. degrees in Horticulture and Environmental Science from Virginia Tech, Jenn has embraced the wide variety of experiences available in the industry, from digging irrigation ditches and installing seasonal flower displays, to managing staffing for a $50MM full-service landscape contractor, to providing consulting services and recruiting and retention support to landscape businesses across the US and Canada. Jenn’s love of the industry, and desire to share the plentiful and fulling opportunities available, led her to the national association, where she is tasked with developing and executing the industry’s much needed workforce development initiatives.
