They believe the acting attorney general, Todd Blanche, failed them by not pursuing capital punishment against Vance Boelter. He's the man who killed Mark Hortman and his wife Melissa, the former Minnesota House Speaker. A teenager suffered major injuries after falling 20 stories in Minneapolis. His family says it took 20 minutes of CPR to bring his heartbeat back. He has broken bones in his pelvis, legs, foot, and spine among others. The Minnesota primary is early next week. The GOP contest for governor continues to dominate the headlines. A judge ruled there's reason to schedule a hearing looking into the possibility candidate Mike Lindell violated campaign rules. And former CNN anchor Don Lemon asked a federal judge in Minnesota to dismiss criminal civil rights charges against him. Lemon says he is being unlawfully targeted for vindictive prosecution.
