In Hosea 12, God confronts Israel for exchanging His truth for human wisdom and placing their confidence in themselves. Their spiritual drift led them away from the faithfulness God desired, but His call remained clear: return to Him.Biblical repentance means turning back to God when our hearts wander, remaining in daily love and obedience, and resting in Christ instead of being distracted by the world. Hard seasons may cause us to lean on God, but He desires that we keep our eyes fixed on Him in every season.Look to the Lord. Turn back to the Lord. Trust the Lord.
