Hospital employee accused of punching elderly patient charged

In this edition of Eyewitness News Extra time, we begin with an exclusive. Arthur Dulop, 86, was supposed to have heart surgery at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital – but instead he is recovering after getting punched in the face.   Police say they have charged a hospital employee.
