Across Ireland, restaurants are continuing to play a central role in community life, employment and the wider economy but many are now facing growing challenges. New figures from the Restaurants Association of Ireland show that rising costs are forcing businesses to cut back, with many reducing opening hours or staff time just to stay afloat.
