My guest this month is the radiant Lisa Reinhardt who in my humble opinion is the epitome of a modern day meditation master. Spend a few moments in her presence and you can immediately feel the deep ease and joy that effortlessly emanates from her core. Lisa lived in Asia 30 years ago for 11 years, studying amp practicing meditation with many of the greatest meditation masters of the 20th century who had escaped from Tibet, and were living in exile in the Himalayas. She will gift us with her stories, presence amp wisdom and open us to the limitless potential found within a practice of meditation.
