Charlie James: All right, welcome to the program on your Wednesday afternoon. Um, not a very good night for Ralph Norman last night, but he did do quite well here in the Upstate. Ralph Norman won Greenville, Spartanburg, um, Cherokee, York, Chester, Union County, Laurens County, Abbeville, Anderson County, Oconee County, and Pickens County. That was—those were the the the counties that he won last night. The big one that just could not be overcome last night was the the unbelievable turnout in Horry County, where Darling Graham won 73.3%, and that was like 26,459 votes. That was a lot of votes to Ralph Norman's 9,618. That That was That was just too big to overcome. No matter—basically, without Horry County, this this'd been an absolute tie. But Horry County came out for Darling Graham. And I'm going to tell you something right now, just off the bat. I have to be extremely careful today. I have to be very careful. I have to uh behave myself today because I'm in a real mood to burn some bridges, okay? And I know me. I will burn a bridge while I'm standing on the bridge because I believe what happened in this race exposed the true character or lack thereof of a lot of people. The lies, the hatred, the anger, the vitriol that we saw in some of these Darling Graham supporters was just unbelievable. The only thing—and people were like, "Oh, look, WORD gave Ralph Norman un- you know, basically free—" Shut up. We offered We offered Darling Graham—I I I sent messages to her several times, saying, "Hey, come on the show. Hey, we'd like to get you on the show." Never heard any response back. None. It was offered. It was out there. So, there you go. But I And I want to say this, and this might shock you. Kind of shocks me to say it. It is going to take me a while—it will happen, but it is going to take me a while to forgive Donald Trump for what he did in dividing the state like he did with his nominee and his endorsement of Darling Graham. That's going to take a while, okay? I'll just be honest with you. I'm not happy about it. Not happy about what Donald Trump had to say about Ralph Norman today, either. I mean, this is This is Ralph Norman that actually stood in front of the courthouse when these indictments were going on, calling them a kangaroo court. I don't remember Lindsey Graham out front. I don't remember Tim Scott out front. I don't remember any of that. And he claims that he endorsed Darling Graham because Ralph Norman endorsed Nikki Haley. Well Well, hell, Donald! Lindsey Graham ran against you! Lindsey Graham endorsed Jeb Bush over you! Lindsey Graham said if you want to make America great again, tell Donald Trump to go to hell. He called you a kook. He said you were not a Republican. He said, you know, the military would not support you. Do you not remember any of that? Tim Scott, when your home, you know, your doors were being kicked in down in Mar-a-Lago, Tim Scott stood there and said, "Well, let's see how this plays out." He didn't rush to your defense! Not one time! So, I thought the attack on Ralph Norman today was beyond the pale. Likewise, and I'll go ahead and burn a little bit of a bridge here, the conduct and the comments made by Representative William Timmons absolutely made me want to vomit. First of all, he tried to link Ralph Norman with RJ May, and then he made some other little smart—he couldn't just get the victory and go away, he had to make some little smart comment about Ralph Norman today. Being what, Spartanburg County Council or something like that? "Oh, there's an opening on Spartanburg County Council." I don't remember Ralph Norman ever coming out and talking about your personal failings, William Timmons. Do you guys? So, there you go.
