Hot Cross Buns: A Low Ha

Is it 'a low ha' or 'a high low'? I dont know that just looks like a bunch of words mushed together to me.    This week it gets pretty aggressive, words were shared, punches trading, and feelings hurt. We didn't really get to any activities, but we did discuss many different topics of varying importance. Carrington raved about ramen, we all couldn't decide when was the right time to sue, and then we had some embarrassing stories from or man Dave.
