HOT ROD Drag Week: Route 66’s 100th | St. Louis News

HOT ROD Drag Week hits the road this year for its 100th anniversary of Route 66, turning a five-day drag race into an epic cross-country endurance test. Racers must drive 1,000 miles along the legendary highway, snapping photos to prove they stayed on course — all while chasing the fastest combined time. Set to run September 13–18 at World Wide Technology Raceway in Madison, Illinois, it’s not just about speed but grit, camaraderie, and the unbreakable spirit of America’s street-legal drag racing community.
