Hotel Review: Did The Westin NYC Times Square Steal My Phone Charger?

Who doesn't love a great hotel deal??...  Especially if it's a deal for a great night's stay in one of the greatest cities of the world -- New York City. Well, I had a great deal and experience as a guest at the Westin NYC Time Square last weekend, until I checked out last Saturday and realized that I forgot to grab my phone charger. This podcast is my story of my experience of trying to retrieve the charger to no avail and the poor level of service I received. And the big lesson in this for those who either have a business or wish to own one and service high tier clients is to offer magic from beginning to end - even when there's tragic endings like my forgetting my phone charger. The story here is funny - kinda sad too because a 4.5 Star hotel, in my opinion, should have great protocols in place to support guests when they leave things behind but maybe that's just me.
