Here Steven talks to the owner of the Gansevoort Hotel, Michael Achenbaum.  Michael has worked with his father since 1999, and together they have co-developed more than $1 billion in property. As well as a businessman, Michael is also a lover of art and his Gansevoort hotel is home to many different pieces from Banksy to Richard Hambleton.
