Hour 1: Some dog owners can be complete b!tches!

Yesterday at my apartment building, a woman whose bulldog attacked a small dog I was walking for a friend threatened to call the police if I kicked her dog. An older woman was walking the bulldog, and it got away and was all over their little dog, trying to eat her. The woman defended her dog even though she was wrong.
