The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals recently revived a religious discrimination lawsuit brought by two former Alaska Airlines flight attendants who were fired in 2021 after posting comments criticizing LGBTQ+ rights on an internal company forum. Wolfman Jack died on July 1, 1995, at the age of 57. He suffered a fatal heart attack at his home in Belvidere, North Carolina, shortly after returning from a 20-day promotional tour for his memoir and just after completing his weekly radio broadcast.
