Uh what's the what's the experience been like for you so far here today? Cam Robinson: Uh it's been great, man. It's coming around talking to everybody, getting a good vibe from everybody. It's been a great feeling. Host 1: Good. Cam, let me ask you this, man. Uh you've had a a few, I'll give you a little hint, a few interceptions in your career. I was looking back at your stats. How good of a memory do you have? How many total career interceptions does Cam Robinson have? Cam Robinson: Uh uh hold on, wait. One, two, three. Six. Is it is it five or six? Host 1: Five. Cam Robinson: Five. Host 1: Which one of the five, which one was most memorable? You had two last year. Cam Robinson: Probably my freshman one. I say Louisville, first year, my freshman year. Host 1: 2023? Cam Robinson: Yeah. Like coming in college, getting a like as a linebacker, you're not used to seeing like linebackers get pick-sixes, but definitely I say think that being my first one, yeah, that was probably the best one. Host 2: Cam, what is the most ridiculous thing you've seen a teammate spend their NIL money on? I'm I'm not asking you to name names. Cam Robinson: Probably some clothes. That's it? Hey, people get go out on them clo- like I would say like cars. Host 2: Okay. Cam Robinson: A car not that wild, I mean, but Yeah, true. Like when you start buying clothes and jewelry and all that, no that that yeah, that's where it get wild at. Host 2: Okay. You got a nice fit. You're going with the brown and the uh you got the Virginia emblem as well. What I mean, give us a give us a little idea. I mean, the- Cam Robinson: Oh, well what Coach E does is, every year, uh he get the whole team a brand new suit. So like No way. Oh, wow. So since I've been here, I got four- this my fourth suit, but I got more, but you know. Host 2: Does the freshman suit still fit? Cam Robinson: Uh not my pants. Not my pants. My pants tight as hell. All right. Host 1: Let me ask you this because we had Coach Elliott on just a few minutes ago. And uh I said give me a little scoop on on Cam, something I can ask him. And he said uh a couple of things. Number one, you didn't really play competition in high school. 1A football, what what- Cam Robinson: Yeah, nah, yeah, it wasn't crazy. Yeah, it wasn't like- it wasn't like crazy. Host 1: Kidding, kidding. Uh second thing, I relate to this. He said you're an outdoorsman. Cam Robinson: Yeah, I'm outdoorsman. Host 1: Really? Yeah. Okay. Hunt, fish? Cam Robinson: Hunt, fish, everything. All right. Host 1: What kind of hunting? Cam Robinson: Whitetail. Host 1: Let's go. Okay. Cam Robinson: Do a little rabbit hunting here. Host 1: Yeah. Where where at? I mean, Virginia, you hunt a lot in Virginia? Cam Robinson: Well, I'm from I'm from Tappahannock, Virginia, but where my dad I usually hunted at um King Queen, Virginia. It's like It's like 20 minutes away. Host 1: Okay, so you're going to show me your your biggest buck you've ever killed? Is that right? Cam Robinson: Yeah, I got you for real. Host 1: Here we go. Oh, he's got it on his phone. Here we go. Cam Robinson: I definitely got it, though. I love it. Host 2: While you're pulling that up, uh PB largemouth. What's your PB? Cam Robinson: Oh, I ain't never catch no really big fish like that, but like uh I think I caught like maybe like a five or six, nothing crazy. Host 2: That's a good- that's a really good fish.
