00:00 All right, let's go to the WORD. I almost said WKRP. WORD, it's neat, KRP is going to Cincinnati. Let's go to Mike in Anderson. Mike, welcome. 00:12 Hey bud. 00:18 Uh-huh. They say at the end it says pay for with funds authorized by the House of Representatives. that mean tax dollars? There's been some criticism over that. uh Yeah, that basically means tax dollars. Okay. That's what I thought. seems strange. it use tax dollars for political campaign ads? uh Now, now let me ask you something. Are you talking about the Ralph Norman ad or the William Timmons ad? 00:49 I don't know about the CMS. Okay. All right. I appreciate it. Thank you, Mike. 00:57 Doing that is actually legal. 01:02 Okay, I mean when William Timmons comes on and he's got his ass that says, listen, if you need help doing this or you need help doing that, my office is there. If you need help with a problem, maybe you need an expedited passport or something like that, just get in touch with my office. This is pay more, but know, approved funds, that stuff is legal. But they can't get on with that money and say, you should vote for me because my opponent stinks or eats rotten eggs. 01:31 That is a campaign head and it's kind of a fine line between those two. Let's go to Jeff and Easley. Jeff, welcome. Hey, how you doing, man? I'm good, man. What's up with you? This is totally off base what you're talking about. about a week and a half ago, I made some smart aleck comment about Jimmy Kinnel because of what he said about, uh what's his name, ah Mo Wayne. Yeah. uh 02:00 So anyway, they locked me out of X is going on a week and a half. I'm sitting on, well, listen to this crap. This is what pisses me off. We're supposed to have freedom of speech. I can go on there and watch the American flag get burnt in the middle of the street. can go in here and listen to James Carville. Call president Trump a big F U C K. That's okay. I mean, can you explain that to me? And then I make some smart X comment about Jimmy Kendall. 02:29 the punk that he is and I get locked out of X. Can you explain that to me? I know I can. I wish I could because that definitely seems to go against the whole reason Elon Musk bought the platform. Exactly. I just want to get your take on it. I appreciate it. man, that stinks. I don't like that one little bit. Not at all. WRD Talkline, 800-905-0989. Supreme Court. 02:56 still weighing in on birthright citizenship. And here's the thing. So one of the big proponents of the 14th Amendment was a guy named Jacob Howard of Michigan. And he wrote back in 1866, he wrote the Citizenship Clause excluded, excluded foreigners and aliens 03:27 and those who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign minister. 03:34 Now here we are 160 years later. 03:42 Don't you think that Senator Howard, 160 years ago, would have a little better grasp of 03:53 The meaning of the 14th Amendment. 03:57 than we do now. I he was a lot closer to it, right? He was the one in on all of the debates. And that's exactly what he said. 04:09 He said, here we go, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, comma, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the government of the United States. It does not, because punctuation's important here. 04:37 It does not include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens. 04:47 Now they're going to be debating all of that. But this was merely, it was for slaves and the children of slaves. 05:00 In 2023, well, I want you to listen to this woman named Avery Day. She kind of explains it here, is a big fan of freedom. Here's Avery Day. Did you know that in 2023, 9 % of all births in the United States were to illegal mothers and 75 % of illegal immigrant households with children are using at least one major federal welfare program with the citizen child serving as the eligibility ...
