00:00 Well, a couple of days ago, and this is all the big talk at the Freedom and Farm Fest Saturday night. Everybody's talking about it. They couldn't wait. The moment I walked in, they were like, Charlie, Charlie, did hear? What do you think? What do you think, Charlie? What do you think about Trump endorsing Evan? And I was like, well, before we get to that, what do you think about Trump endorsing Evan? Every single person there. And it was weird. 00:30 I kind of took note because I knew going in that that was going to be the scuttlebutt. That was going to be the scuttlebutt. And I tell you what, I got to give Alan Wilson props on this thing because he came out and he took the oxygen out of the room. Because the first thing that Alan Wilson brought up was President Trump's endorsement of Pamela Evans. That was the number one thing. Listen, 01:00 Politically brilliant move in my book. I thought that was great. You don't give her the spotlight. If you don't give your opponent the spotlight, if something happens good, you take that and you turn it to where it is a positive for you. And he did a really good job on that. She was the first speaker in the governor's uh candidates uh Saturday night. So, but everybody was saying, this is not going to work. It's not going to work. But was it designed to work? 01:31 was President Trump's endorsement of Pamela Everett designed to have the effect that everybody's talking about. So President Trump, said, let me read this to you, uh highly respected and very popular Lieutenant Governor of South Carolina, Pam Everett is American first patriot, yada, yada, yada. But then he goes to say, a big added plus, 02:00 For Pam is that I hear Henry McMaster Jr., the brilliant and very competent son of Henry and Peggy, will be running with her as the next Lieutenant Governor. I love South Carolina President Donald J. Trump. So you know what I did the other night? I could just imagine what it was like. Peggy, did you hear what Donald Trump called our boy? Very competent and brilliant. It was amazing. So here's what I did the other night. 02:30 I went on chat GPT and I said, I kind of want to read this to you verbatim. me see if I can, me just bear with me just a second because I want to read to you exactly, here we go. Here we go. Okay, I, 02:52 put in chat GPT, tell me about Henry McMaster Jr. To which chat GPT replied, I assume you mean Henry McMaster, the current governor of South Carolina. And I said, no, his son, Henry McMaster Jr. This is what chat GPT said. You're right. 03:20 There is a Henry McMaster Jr., the governor's son. Thanks for telling us. This is just GPT. We didn't even know. What is this? Can somebody tell me what he's done? Anybody? Let me know. This Henry McMaster Jr.? And he's some kind of an attorney. can't even remember what type. It's a very specific type of attorney. 03:49 that he is in Colombia, but I don't know where the qualifications are. 03:57 So anyway... 04:00 What I heard and what Pam LaVette kind of alluded to is that she has made no decision on who her running mate is going to be. But she's going on with all of the endorsement talk. Got a new ad out, endorsed by President Trump, all of that stuff. So did Donald Trump actually kind of throw her and ultimately Henry McMaster under the bus with this endorsement? 04:29 And I'll tell you why. McMaster has had several opportunities to support the president. Now we know that Henry McMaster was the first elected official, major elected official, uh to support Donald Trump for his presidency back in 2016. He was the first one. The reward for that, from Donald Trump to Henry McMaster was, all right, now I'm gonna get Nikki Haley. 04:57 As the United States ambassador to the UN, going to get her out of the governor's mansion, Henry, the governor's office is yours. That was the favor that was done. So what has Henry done since then to help Donald Trump? Not a lot. Not a lot. He had the oppo ...
